Examples of how to use Adbastion Compare

Compare sentiment between two or more campaigns

Use the campaign filter, and create two or more saved filters with the respective campaign name/ID. Add the saved filters to the compare tab.

Example:

  • Saved Filter 1 = Campaign 1
  • Saved Filter 2 = Campaign 2

Compare sentiment between two or more product mentions

Type each product name as a keyword filter. Create two or more saved filters with the respective keywords. Add the saved filters to the compare tab.

Example:

  • Saved Filter 1 = Bag (keyword)
  • Saved Filter 2 = Pants (keyword)

Compare sentiment between old and current campaigns

Option 1: Use the campaign filter, and create two  saved filters (old campaigns vs current campaigns) with the names/IDs of the respective campaigns you want to compare.

Example:

  • Saved Filter 1 = Old Campaigns
  • Saved Filter 2 = Current Campaigns

Option 2: Use the date filter and create two saved filters with the custom date periods you want to compare.

Example:

  • Saved Filter 1 = Comments From mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy
  • Saved Filter 2 = Comments From mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy

Compare sentiment between markets in the same campaign

Create two or more filters using the campaign filter and the targeting filter. 

Example:

  • Saved Filter 1 = Campaign 1 + Targeting US
  • Saved Filter 2 =Campaign 1 + Targeting UK

Compare sentiment between two or more keywords

Use the keyword filter. Create two or more saved filters with each keyword. 

Example:

  • Saved Filter 1 = Keyword 1
  • Saved Filter 2 = Keyword 2
